About bowsprits

A bowsprit can make it easier to go ashore from the bow in all possible and impossible places, as well as making it easy to board the boat safely. It provides a sense of security for everyone in the family, both young and old. A bowsprit can also enhance your boating experience in many ways, whether you have a motorboat or a sailboat.

Our bowsprits

We have bowsprits for most sail and motorboats. You will find bowsprits that are built to withstand maximum stress at sea, such as extreme code and gennaker sailing, as well as bowsprits designed for both comfort and safety. Several of our bowsprits also have convenient solutions for those who want a bow anchor in the bow and the ability to attach a cassette or hook ladder.

Choosing bowsprit for powerboats

Choosing a bowsprit for a powerboat is a bit easier than for a sailing yacht. In addition to knowing the size of your boat, you also need to consider whether you have the anchor in the bow?

Our powerboat bowsprit MP75 is designed with fully adjustable brackets that can be angled and rotated to fit all types of rounded, sloping, and angled surfaces on the bow. Therefore, it can be mounted on almost any powerboat. If you also have an existing anchor holder that comes down sunk in the bow or a bit lower, you can mount this bow pulpit on your boat.

If the anchor holder is placed so that the anchor must run on the upper side and through an anchor roller, choose the bowsprit MPA75 which comes with an anchor roller and two special struts. It is mounted below the lower edge of the anchor holder and is supported with two struts mounted on the anchor cassette in the bowsprit and joins at a point in the middle of the bow.
