Communicate with you.

With whom may we share your information?

How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your data as long as you are a customer and for 36 months thereafter for analysis and communication and for as long as required by statutory storage periods. When we save your data for purposes other than our contractual commitments, e.g., to fulfil accounting and regulatory requirements, we keep the data for only as long as necessary and/or statutorily required for the respective purpose.
Your rights of access, rectification, and erasure
- Right of access to your data. You may request a copy of the data you would like to know and verify the information we have concerning you. The copy can be requested free of charge.
- Right to rectification. You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.
- Right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”). You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in those cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations which prevent Boatsystem Group from immediately deleting parts of your data. These obligations stem from accounting and tax legislation, and also from consumer rights legislation. In such cases, we block the data we are required to save from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
